1. Milk : Alfithra Organics Supplies Fresh A2 Desi cow milk to their customers on monthly subscription basis. Hence customers will receive the Milk as per their subscription and slot they have select, and there is no delivery charges for monthly subscription within certain areas.

2. Ghee : Alfithra Organics A2-Ghee, we will supply across India, will be sent via leading courier and POD will be shared to the customer.

3. Other Dairy Products: Alfithra Organics Supplies dairy products other than Milk and Ghee, will be delivered along with the milk basis on their pre-order.

4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking : Customers will receive wats app message or phone call regarding their shipment confirmation and POD copy.

5. Damages or Lost: Alfithra Organics is responsible for milk damaged or Spoiled . If you received your subscription order by damage, please contact our CRM support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Also, Alfithra Organics is not liable for any other products damaged or lost during shipping/courier except milk.
